How do I store my product?

Our product is 100% natural and organic and should be stored in a dry cool place. Our beard butter's are solid at room temperature. Our beard oils use natural essential oils and exposure to high temperatures or direct sun light will affect scent longevity and effectiveness of carrier oils and butters.

Do you sell locally?

Yes, check out our retailer page to find a retailer near you. We also do local events and vending, check out our social media pages and calendar for updates.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return your product. Please contact our support page and we will be glad to assist you.

How do I use your product?

We have numerous blogs dedicated to educate customers on our products. We also have tips and how to blogs and articles to help you get the most out of your product.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We are currently working on finalizing our international shipping rates.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will be notified via email that will include your tracking number.

Do you offer Free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available on all orders that are over $55.

When will my products ship?

We typically ship orders in 1-3 business days.  Our beard butters are made to order in small batches and will take 1 day finish curing. You can expect our beard butter's to ship in 2-4 business days.

Do you offer anything besides beard care?

Yes. We offer a natural line of shaving products in the form of pre-shave oil, shave soap, and after shave. We also offer a natural body wash. Sign up for our newsletter and get updates as we continually offer new products.

Where are you based?

We are based in Charlotte NC and have partnerships across the US.
